TMD Coaching
At Solutions in Transport, we are dedicated to lifting the performance of the entire industry rather than just being another service provider. Our goal is to see all industry TMDs performing to a high standard in delivering safe and appropriate TTM solutions.
Coaching services are offered to TMDs on either an individual basis, or to a group of TMDs within a team. Coaching is targeted at ensuring that TMDs are delivering Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes in accordance with documented guidance. By having coaching for your team you will ensure that not only are your TMDs delivering quality services but also so that you and your TMDs are meeting their requirements under WHS legislation in a recognised high-risk industry.
Coaching is offered to:
- Individuals looking to undertake a TMD course to assist in getting a head start on the considerable amount of new knowledge that you need to demonstrate to pass the course requirements.
- TMDs within a traffic management company needing to lift their skills and knowledge. This may just be part of your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) journey or may be in response to feedback on your designs that needs to be addressed.
- Registered TTM companies needing to raise the performance of the Planning / Design team to gain / retain TMD design capability and meet ongoing registration requirements
- Government TMD staff undertaking reviews of submitted TMPs/TGSs to establish the level of review / comment required.
